Job Description

You will be in charge of preparation for groups coming to play paintball and be with them throughout their time in the shop and on the field.

Responsibilities

Your most important responsibilities will be customer service and safety. When customers come to play paintball, they can be nervous or unsure at first and you need to be a friendly face that helps them gear up and have a great time while they are here.

Qualifications

If you have experience with paintball or refereeing that is great, but not required. Our most important qualification is that you are friendly and can communicate well with customers as well as be able to be stern when it comes to safety and keeping safety equipment on while they play. You’ll need to be the authority in large groups and be able to take charge and be vocal when needed.

We can be very flexible with your hours. We staff employees as needed Monday through Saturday from as early as 7am to 11pm in shifts from 4 to 8 hours. Saturdays are our busiest days, we do require employees to be available on most saturdays.
