FAQ 2018-01-12T22:30:08+00:00

Can I bring my own equipment? Do I get a discount? 2018-01-29T23:09:27+00:00

Yep! You’re welcome to bring and use your own gun, mask or any other equipment you may have. If you bring your own gun we will need to measure the speed your gun is shooting at before you will be allowed on the field. Keep in mind that unless your group has requested to play with .68 caliber rounds, you will be shooting a bigger and potentially more painful ball than the rest of your group. Because of this you will also need to purchase paint separately for anyone who brings their own equipment. Our .68 caliber Paintballs are available in smaller quantities.

Players who bring their own equipment to play with will receive 100 starter Paintballs, free air fill and refills for the duration of your reservation, assistance with minor service and speed adjustments, as well as any supplemental gear (hopper, tank, mask, etc) that you might need to complete your set up. Because of these reasons, we do not give discounts to players who bring their own equipment. Players who bring their own equipment are welcome to switch to one of our guns at anytime if they want to.

Do I need to know exactly how many players I’ll have before I book? 2018-01-29T23:07:18+00:00

Nope! We know it can be tricky organizing an event around everyone’s busy schedule. When you book just give us your best guess on how many players you’ll have and keep us updated to any major changes as your reservation gets closer. We can handle fewer players pretty easily but if you’re expecting significantly more players than what you originally book for try to let us know so we can have the extra equipment ready to go when you get here!

As your event gets closer and your player count fluctuates, please remember our 8 player minimum. You don’t have to have 8 players to play but you will need to pay for 8 if you want to keep your reservation.

Do I need to make a reservation or can I just walk in? 2018-01-12T21:57:02+00:00

The short answer is yes. We require reservations to be made so your referee can make sure to have all your equipment set up and ready to go so we can get your group out on the field as soon as possible! Reservations also allow us to find a spot to add a smaller group into if they can’t meet the 8 person minimum.

We do have open play on our Speedball field most Saturdays usually from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (depending on the season). However this is tailored for professional and competitive players. We HIGHLY recommend making a reservation on our military field if you’re a new or casual player.

Do you offer group discounts? 2018-01-12T21:57:10+00:00

Discounts are available for Youth Groups and groups of 30 or more players. Contact us for more information!

How far out do I need to schedule my reservation? 2018-01-12T21:57:22+00:00

All we ask for is at least 24 hours notice to make sure we can have a referee and all the equipment ready for you when you come down. However, the earlier you book the better your chances of getting the spot you want.

How old do you need to be to play? 2018-01-12T21:57:28+00:00

We don’t have a hard age limit, ultimately we leave it up to the parent’s judgement as to weather or not their kids will enjoy it. Our smaller, low-impact Paintballs have made the game enjoyable for even the youngest of players. Through the years we’ve found that 10 years old is a good guideline age for a minimum age.

What is your cancellation policy? 2018-01-12T21:57:36+00:00

We know things may come up and plans can change, if you need to cancel your reservation please do so at least 24 hours before the start time of your reservation. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time of your reservation or do not show up to your reservation you will be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee of $100. Reservations made for groups of 15 or more players may be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee of up to 50% of the original booking cost.

What should I wear? Do the Paintballs stain? 2018-01-12T21:57:51+00:00

Wear what ever you want! We only use Paintballs with a high quality, stain free fill. The paint dries to a corn starch like consistency that will come out with a normal trip through the washer.

What’s the deference between Low-Impact and Regular Paintballs? 2018-01-29T23:08:13+00:00

Traditionally the Paintball Industry has used .68 caliber Paintballs (roughly the same size as a Dime). Chances are that if you’ve played paintball before you used a .68 caliber ball. Our low impact option uses special guns and smaller .50 caliber Paintballs. These shoot just as fast and accurate as the regular balls but, as the name suggests, has a much lower impact on it’s target. They hurt just enough that you want to avoid being hit, but not so much that it keeps you from having a good time.

Groups that reserve and play at our facility play with Low-Impact equipment however the .68 caliber guns are available by request for no additional cost. Please let us know at the time of making your reservation if you’d like to use the .68 caliber equipment.

Customers who rent equipment to play on their own are always sent with our .68 caliber equipment.

Will there be other players there during my reserved time? 2018-01-12T21:58:08+00:00

Our reservation based system allows us to make sure everyone has fun! While you do have the option to reserve the field 100% to yourself for a private event, we do our best to make sure that any groups that book within the same window will play well together. We look at things like age and estimated skill level so we don’t end up having a young birthday party playing against a seasoned bachelor party for example. If the age and skill level aren’t a good match we will try to find another time for the second group or arrange a second referee and share the field by having one team play while the other refills on paint and air and visa-versa.
