Please make any player and time changes to your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid unwanted fees.
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time will receive a full refund and are not subject to a cancelation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled start time are subject to a last minute cancelation fee of 30% of your total booking amount.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Arrangements can be made up to 4 hours before your scheduled start time to reschedule your reservation to a future date or time without penalty. subject to availability
Rescheduling arrangements made less than 4 hours before your scheduled start time are subject to a rescheduling fee of 10% of your total booking amount.
PLAYER COUNT CHANGE POLICY
Any changes to your player count within 24 hours prior to you scheduled start time (including “no-shows” at the time of your event) are eligible for a refund for up to 30% of the original scheduled player count. You will be required to pay for 70% of the original booked player count, regardless of how many players are present.
‘Private’ and ‘Ultimate’ reservations must pay for the required minimum player amount detailed below regardless of final player count.
Private Reservation – 12 Player Minimum
Ultimate reservation – 30 Player Minimum
An entire group absence at your scheduled day and time is subject to a no-show fee up to 50% of the reservation total.
CHANGES DUE TO WEATHER
SB Paintball is open year round and remains open during most weather conditions including rain and snow. Fees for last minute rescheduling or cancellations due to weather may be waived at SB Paintballs discretion. SB Paintball reserves the right to cancel your event due to unforeseen extreme weather conditions in which case you will be eligible for a full refund.
